Information you share
When you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the contents of your message. Please limit your first inquiry to your resume-service interest, target direction, and the help you need. Do not attach a resume or send sensitive personal information with your first inquiry.
How we use your inquiry
Amie Beth uses your information to respond personally, understand your needs, and discuss whether a service is a good fit. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a mailing list or commit you to purchase. We do not sell your information.
Email and website providers
We use Google Workspace for business email and Sites hosting for this website. These services process information needed to deliver messages and operate the website. Clicking an email link opens your email application; the website does not send the message for you. Website inquiry forms, newsletter enrollment, and online checkout are not currently active.
Retention and deletion
We review inquiries that have not become client relationships after 90 days and delete those no longer needed. An ongoing conversation or an applicable recordkeeping obligation may require longer retention. This is a review process, not automatic deletion on day 90. Before collecting client resumes or beginning paid work, we provide the relevant intake instructions and service terms.
Cookies and security
No optional advertising or analytics trackers are configured by us. Hosting and security services may use essential cookies and technical connection information to operate and protect the site. We limit access to inquiry information to those who need it to respond and operate the business. No online service can promise absolute security.
